The Doyon Clear Bulb A19 40W 130V, Shatter Resis. (Part# ELA275) is a genuine OEM replacement lighting component for Doyon bakery ovens and proofing equipment. This lighting component illuminates or indicates status on Doyon bakery ovens and proofing equipment, giving operators visibility into the cooking or work area, or a clear signal of the equipment's current state.

Constant heat and grease exposure, combined with thermal cycling from wash-down or cooking cycles, gradually degrades lighting components, leading to burned-out bulbs, cracked or discolored lenses, or a globe that no longer seals properly.

With the fixture powered down and cooled, remove the failed lighting component from its housing and install the replacement in the same position. Restore power and confirm it illuminates or indicates correctly before closing out the job.
