The Doyon Lamp Assembly, 120V, W/ Lens (Part# ELD088) is a genuine OEM replacement lighting component for Doyon bakery ovens and proofing equipment. This lighting component illuminates or indicates status on Doyon bakery ovens and proofing equipment, giving operators visibility into the cooking or work area, or a clear signal of the equipment's current state.
Lighting components on commercial kitchen equipment are exposed to heat, grease, and moisture, and in the case of indicator lenses, repeated handling as operators check equipment status. Over time this causes bulbs to burn out, lenses to crack or discolor, and globes to craze from thermal cycling.
