Details
The Doyon Element (Straight) 208V 2500W (Part# ELE110) is a genuine OEM replacement heating element for Doyon bakery ovens and proofing equipment. This heating element is the primary heat-generating component within Doyon bakery ovens and proofing equipment, converting electrical energy into the heat required for the equipment's core function.
Heating elements operate at high temperatures for extended periods and are subject to thermal cycling every time the equipment turns on and off, both of which stress the element material over its service life. A failing element commonly presents as slow heat-up, inconsistent temperatures, or a complete loss of heat with no continuity across the element.
Replacement should be performed by a qualified electrician or technician. Lock out and de-energize the circuit feeding the element, then disconnect the wiring leads, noting their positions, and remove the element from its mounting bracket or housing. Install the new element in the same position, reconnect wiring, and restore power, testing for proper heat-up and even temperature distribution before returning the unit to service.
