The Doyon ELE134 is a genuine OEM heating element rated at 240V and 4,000 watts, designed for the primary deck heating circuits in Doyon electric deck ovens operating on 240V single-phase or two-phase leg of three-phase power. At 4,000 watts, this is a high-output element sized for the main deck heating function, where rapid recovery of deck temperature after loading is essential for maintaining production throughput.

In Doyon electric deck ovens, the deck heating elements are positioned beneath or within the deck surface to conduct and radiate heat into the baking surface and the oven cavity. The ELE134 at 4,000W provides the heat output needed to restore the deck to setpoint temperature quickly after cold product is loaded, which directly controls baking consistency and cycle times. The 240V rating is matched to the standard 240V two-wire plus ground residential and light commercial power supply as well as two-leg configurations in three-phase commercial services.
