The Doyon ELE165 is a genuine OEM heating element rated at 120V and 1,500 watts, designed for Doyon proofer cabinets, low-temperature holding equipment, or auxiliary heating positions in oven models operating from standard 120V single-phase circuits. The 120V, 1,500W combination is a common specification for low-to-moderate heat applications such as proofer compartment warming or supplemental heating where the full output of higher-wattage 208V or 240V elements would be excessive.

At 120V, this element can be powered from a standard North American 15-amp or 20-amp circuit, making it suitable for equipment installations where dedicated 208V or 240V circuits are not available or desirable for the heating function. The 1,500W output provides the moderate heat input needed for proofer temperature maintenance or low-power auxiliary heating without the risk of overheating smaller compartments or supplemental heating zones.
