The wide input voltage and frequency range makes this timer compatible with Doyon equipment installations on both North American 60 Hz and international 50 Hz power systems, serving as a global replacement timer for the compatible Doyon timer position.

The ELM616 digital timer provides a precise countdown display of the remaining bake time, with clearly readable time remaining visible to the operator during the bake cycle. The digital display eliminates the readability issues associated with analog dial timers in the high-ambient-temperature environment of a commercial bakery.
