The Doyon ELM616K is a genuine OEM digital timer conversion kit operating at 100-240V, designed to upgrade or replace the ELM606 or ELM627 analog or earlier-generation timers in Doyon deck ovens and proofing equipment with a current-generation digital timer. The conversion kit includes all hardware and documentation required to remove the original timer and install the ELM616 digital timer in its place, preserving the equipment's timing function with the improved accuracy and features of a digital timer.

Digital timers offer several advantages over the electromechanical analog timers used in older Doyon equipment: they provide a precise digital countdown display, accurate timing independent of mechanical cam wear, and in many cases programmable preset capabilities that allow operators to set standard bake times with a single button press.
