The Doyon QUF350 is a genuine OEM stainless steel float assembly designed for the water level sensing system in Doyon steam injection ovens and proofer-ovens equipped with an automatic water feed system. The float assembly buoyantly tracks the water level in the steam pan or water reservoir, working in conjunction with the float switch or level control system to signal the control circuit when the water level falls below the minimum operating level and refilling is required.
Stainless steel construction makes the QUF350 float assembly highly resistant to the hot water, steam, and scale-forming mineral deposits present in the steam pan environment of a commercial oven. The float's buoyancy and geometry are matched to the water pan dimensions and the operating water level range of the specific Doyon steam system, ensuring the float accurately tracks the water level through the steam generation cycle without binding against the pan walls or other internal components.
