PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Introducing our Socket for Snap-In Elements, designed for 7/8" diameter panel holes. This socket, part # 108210 for Cleveland, features #14 wire that is 16 inches long, providing reliable connectivity for your equipment.

Details
The Element Socket (Part# 108210) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement element socket for use in Cleveland commercial steamer equipment. The element socket is the electrical connection housing that receives the heating element terminals and provides the wired connection between the element and the steamer power circuit, rated for the current and temperature demands of Cleveland steamer heating circuits.
Element sockets are subject to heat, moisture, and the electrical stress of the high-current heating circuits they support. Over time, the socket contacts can corrode, loosen, or suffer heat damage from poor contact resistance, resulting in intermittent heating or a complete loss of power to the heating element. When an element is replaced, the socket should always be inspected for heat discoloration, corrosion, or deformed contacts.
Element socket replacement should be performed by a qualified technician with the unit de-energized and locked out. Access the element compartment, disconnect the wiring leads from the old socket, and remove it from its mounting. Install the new Element Socket, reconnect all wiring securely to the correct terminals, and restore power and conduct a heating cycle to verify proper element operation.
