The Follett Ice Chute, Inside (Part# 01238906) is a genuine replacement internal ice chute for Follett commercial ice dispensing equipment. This component forms the channel through which ice travels from the storage or production area to the dispenser outlet, controlling the direction and flow rate of ice during the dispensing cycle. Correct chute geometry is critical to preventing ice bridging, clogging, and irregular portion sizes at the point of dispense.

Internal ice chutes are continuously exposed to mechanical ice flow, temperature cycles, and moisture from condensation and cleaning operations. Over time, plastic chute surfaces develop microfractures or deformation from repeated ice impacts, particularly in high-volume dispenser applications.
