This 1-quart (32 fl. oz.) bottle of food safe lubricant oil is NSF H1 certified and meets or exceeds FDA regulations 21CFR 172.878 and 178.3620 for direct and indirect food contact. It is a food-grade white mineral oil of the highest purity, also compliant with U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP) and National Formulary (NF) standards. Suitable for use as both H1 and 3H lubricants under USDA jurisdiction.
Product Specs
Archway Service Oil is odorless and tasteless, ideal for lubricating and protecting cutlery, grinders, slicers, mixers, and other food service equipment. It may also be used as a dough divider lubricant or in bakery applications. This oil eliminates flash rusting and makes cleaning easy by acting as an effective release agent.
Directions: After equipment has been sanitized and allowed to dry, apply a light coat to all exposed metal surfaces before reassembly.
