Details
The Gaylord Indicator Light - Red (Part# 12510) is a genuine OEM replacement lighting component for Gaylord commercial kitchen ventilation hoods and fire suppression control systems. This lighting component illuminates or indicates status on Gaylord commercial kitchen ventilation hoods and fire suppression control systems, giving operators visibility into the cooking or work area, or a clear signal of the equipment's current state.
Constant heat and grease exposure, combined with thermal cycling from wash-down or cooking cycles, gradually degrades lighting components, leading to burned-out bulbs, cracked or discolored lenses, or a globe that no longer seals properly.
Replacement is a simple fix a technician or kitchen staff member can perform once the fixture is powered down and cooled. Remove the failed component from its socket or housing, taking care not to disturb surrounding wiring, and install the new part in the same position. Restore power and confirm proper illumination or indication before returning the unit to service.
