The Groen Burner Pilot, Propane Gas, (Part# 123684) is a genuine OEM replacement burner/ignition component for Groen steam kettles, braising pans, and cooking equipment. Installed in the gas train of Groen steam kettles, braising pans, and cooking equipment, this burner/ignition component controls the flame that the equipment's cooking function depends on.

Direct exposure to flame and combustion byproducts gradually causes carbon buildup, corrosion, or warping in burner and pilot components, leading to a weak or uneven flame, hard starting, or a pilot that will not hold.

A qualified gas technician should shut off supply and allow the unit to cool, then disconnect the old component from the gas train, noting its orientation. Install the replacement in the same position, restore gas supply, check for leaks, and confirm proper ignition and flame before closing out the repair.
