Details
The Henny Penny Brush Black L Tipped (Part# 12126) is a genuine OEM replacement brush component for Henny Penny commercial pressure fryers, rotisseries, and holding cabinets. This brush is used within Henny Penny commercial pressure fryers, rotisseries, and holding cabinets to clean, scrub, or maintain contact with a surface as part of the equipment's normal wash or operating cycle.
Brush components are designed to wear as part of their normal function, and the bristles gradually shorten or stiffen with repeated use and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Once worn past a usable length, the brush loses effectiveness and can leave residue or fail to maintain the contact the equipment relies on.
Replacement is routine maintenance. With the equipment powered down, remove the worn brush from its mounting point or holder, and install the new brush in the same position, securing it per the original mounting method. Confirm proper contact and alignment before restoring power and returning the unit to service.
