Mounted to the base of Henny Penny commercial pressure fryers, rotisseries, and holding cabinets, this caster carries part of the unit's weight and allows it to be rolled and repositioned as needed.
Casters carry significant weight and roll over uneven, often wet or greasy kitchen floors, which wears the wheel material and bearing over time. A failing caster typically shows up as a wheel that no longer rolls freely, a wobble under load, or a swivel that binds instead of turning smoothly.
