The Pitco Hose, Flush, 63" Oal is a direct replacement 63-inch overall-length flush hose for Pitco commercial fryer filtration and cleaning systems, providing the flexible connection used to direct filtered hot oil back into the fry vat or to flush residual oil through the filter system during the oil return cycle. The 63-inch length gives operators the reach needed to position the discharge end at the fry vat while keeping the filter unit in its operating position below or beside the fryer. Using the correct hose ensures the proper diameter, length, fitting type, and temperature rating for safe handling of hot cooking oil.
Over time, oil return hoses can degrade from the combination of high-temperature oil, repeated flexing during use, and grease exposure that causes the hose material to stiffen, crack, or develop pinhole leaks at fitting connections.
