Details

This is a full set of 34 replacement blades for JAC bread slicers with 10mm (4/10 inch) slice spacing, replacing JAC part number 6110001. The blades are hardened steel reciprocating bands, 10-3/4 inches long pin to pin, that run back and forth in the slicer's blade frames to cut whole loaves into even 10mm slices in a single pass. The set is made for Alfa International and weighs about 4 pounds packed.

Bread slicer blades dull over time, especially on crusty artisan loaves, and individual blades can bend, crack or snap. Dull or damaged blades tear and crush the crumb, leave ragged or uneven slices, and put extra strain on the drive. Because the blades are length-matched, replacing the full set at once keeps tension even across the frames and slices consistent from end to end.

To install, switch off and unplug the slicer, remove the old blades from the frames, and hook each new blade onto its pins in the same position, following the JAC manual's blade-changing and tensioning steps. Re-tension the set, close the guards, and run a test loaf before returning to service. Brush crumbs out of the blade area daily and keep the frames clean so the blades run smoothly.
