PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Jackson 06401-004-76-15 Kit is an original Jackson replacement component engineered for commercial dishwashers, supporting efficient operation, consistent results, and reduced downtime in busy kitchens.

Details
The Jackson 06401-004-76-15 Kit, Dishstar/Delta I/O Module is an OEM replacement input/output control module specifically engineered for Jackson Dishstar and Delta series dishwashers. The I/O module serves as the interface between the main control board and all field devices including motors, solenoid valves, heaters, and sensors, enabling the controller to manage equipment operations and monitor system status.
I/O modules can suffer from component failure, moisture intrusion from steam and humidity, or electrical damage from power surges or water contact that compromises the circuit board. Common symptoms include loss of control over specific equipment functions (motor won't start, solenoid valve won't open), sensor signals not registering on the display, or unpredictable equipment behavior where some operations fail intermittently. Failure can render the dishwasher partially or completely inoperable, preventing equipment use and disrupting facility washing operations.
Installation requires disconnecting power and carefully matching each wire terminal to its corresponding connection on the replacement module before applying power. Most operators contract with factory-trained service technicians who verify proper module seating and test all connected equipment before returning the dishwasher to service. After installation, systematically test each controlled function including motor operation, valve cycling, and sensor response to ensure complete restoration.
