PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Jackson 06680-121-70-16 Switch is an original Jackson replacement component engineered for commercial dishwashers, supporting efficient operation, consistent results, and reduced downtime in busy kitchens.

Details
The Jackson 06680-121-70-16 Dual Float Switch is an OEM replacement float assembly designed for Jackson commercial dishwashers and glasswashers equipped with dual-level water sensing systems. This switch monitors water levels in the wash tank, sending electrical signals to the control system to regulate fill operations and prevent both overflow and low-water conditions during the wash cycle.
Dual float switches are subject to wear from constant water exposure, lime scale buildup, and chemical corrosion, which can cause them to stick, fail to actuate properly, or provide inaccurate level readings. A malfunctioning float switch may result in the machine failing to fill, overfilling, or triggering false error codes that halt operations during peak service periods. Replacing a failed float switch restores proper water level monitoring and prevents damage from dry-heating conditions.
Installation requires draining the wash tank, disconnecting the electrical wiring from the existing switch assembly, and removing the mounting hardware. Secure the replacement float switch in the correct orientation and reconnect all wiring per the machine wiring diagram. After installation, run a complete fill cycle to verify proper actuation at both the low and high water level positions.
