PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Jackson 4810-100-03-18 Valve is an original Jackson replacement component engineered for commercial dishwashers, supporting efficient operation, consistent results, and reduced downtime in busy kitchens.

Details
The Jackson 4810-100-03-18 Solenoid Valve (3/4 in, 220V) is an OEM replacement electrically-actuated water valve designed for Jackson commercial warewashing equipment. Operating on 220-volt power, this 3/4-inch inlet valve controls the flow of fresh water into the machine during rinse cycles, opening and closing on command from the dishwasher's control system to deliver precisely timed water supplies.
Solenoid valves are critical to proper dishwasher operation and are subject to failure through mineral scale buildup in the orifice, diaphragm deterioration, coil burnout, or corrosion of the plunger mechanism. A faulty solenoid valve may fail to open, resulting in no water delivery during rinse cycles, or fail to close, causing continuous water flow and flooding. Either condition requires immediate replacement to restore proper machine function and prevent water damage or health code violations.
Installation requires shutting off the water supply to the machine and disconnecting power before removing the existing valve. Connect the water inlet and outlet fittings to the new valve using appropriate thread sealant, reconnect the 220V electrical leads, and restore water pressure before testing. Verify that the valve opens and closes correctly during a complete wash cycle, checking for leaks at all connection points.
