This is a replacement Tube (part# 5700-003-22-89) for Jackson XL60 equipment, sized at 3/16" inner diameter by 8" in length, constructed of Tygoprene AN8AM material, designed for Jackson commercial warewashing equipment, including undercounter dishwashers, door-type dishwashers, flight-type conveyor dishwashers, glass washers, and pot & pan washers. This specialized tube carries water, steam condensate, or detergent solution within the XL60 system at elevated temperatures and pressures.

Tygoprene AN8AM tubes deteriorate due to extreme temperature exposure in steam-based systems, detergent chemical reactions that soften or harden the material, and pressure cycling that creates stress cracks. Symptoms of tube failure include visible cracks or pinholes, significant reduction in flow rate, spray pattern degradation, chemical leakage at connection points, and steam escaping from damaged areas. Failure to replace a damaged tube permits water or detergent loss that reduces cleaning effectiveness, creates steam hazards to personnel, allows equipment performance degradation, and may force system shutdown.

Installation requires disassembling the affected tube connection points and is typically performed by qualified Jackson technicians familiar with XL60 equipment design. The Tygoprene AN8AM tube is a direct fit replacement requiring only removal of barbed or threaded fittings at both ends using appropriate wrenches or pliers.
