PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Jackson 5945-111-35-32 Timer is an original Jackson replacement component engineered for commercial dishwashers, supporting efficient operation, consistent results, and reduced downtime in busy kitchens.

Details
The timer (Jackson Part# 5945-111-35-32) is an 8-cam, 90-second electronic timer rated at 115V, 60 Hz for Jackson commercial dishwashing equipment. This OEM replacement controls the wash cycle sequence by advancing through programmed timer positions that activate solenoids, relays, and other electrical components. The timer is the master control component that orchestrates all wash cycle operations and component timing.
Timers fail when the internal cam mechanism becomes worn or damaged, preventing accurate advancement through cycle positions, or when electrical contacts become pitted from arcing. Symptom include cycles not progressing, dwell times extending beyond specification, or the equipment failing to advance to the next cycle phase. A failed timer leaves the equipment unable to execute wash cycles or leaves it stuck in a single cycle position. Equipment downtime occurs until the timer is replaced.
A qualified technician should perform the replacement due to mechanical timing adjustment and electrical connection requirements. The equipment must be powered off before work begins. After installation, test multiple complete wash cycles to verify that all timer-controlled operations occur at the correct sequence and duration. Verify that the timer solenoid is properly engaged with the cam mechanism and that all electrical connections are secure.
