This I/O module functions as the primary control interface that translates processor commands into operational signals for wash motors, solenoid-actuated fill and drain valves, temperature sensors, and cycle timing circuits.
Rackstar I/O modules can degrade due to electrical component failure, moisture intrusion from daily operational humidity, connector oxidation limiting signal transmission, or solder joint failure from equipment vibration and thermal stress. Failure symptoms include partial loss of equipment control where some functions operate while others fail, inability to fill or drain the wash tank, loss of temperature regulation, or motor malfunction.
