The L W C O Gasket 3-1/16" X 3-1/16" (Part# 07105) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement gasket for use in Cleveland commercial cooking and steamer equipment. Gaskets are essential sealing components that prevent leakage of steam, water, or gas at flanged connections, access panels, and component interfaces throughout the equipment, ensuring reliable seals under the operating temperatures and pressures of Cleveland commercial kitchen equipment.
Gaskets deteriorate over time due to thermal cycling, compression set, exposure to steam and cleaning chemicals, and physical wear from repeated assembly and disassembly. A failing gasket may present as visible leaks at a joint or fitting, reduced equipment pressure or performance, or the presence of moisture or mineral deposits in areas that should remain dry.
