PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Lever Handle for Cleveland Part# 58108

Details
The Lever Handle (Part# 58108) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement handle for use in Cleveland commercial steamer and cooking equipment. Equipment handles provide the operator interface for opening and closing doors, accessing cooking compartments, and operating drawer or tray mechanisms safely during hot kitchen operation, manufactured from materials rated for the high-temperature environment of commercial kitchen equipment.
Door and equipment handles experience significant mechanical stress from the repeated opening and closing forces applied by kitchen staff throughout the service day, as well as thermal stress from contact with hot surfaces and steam. Handles can crack, loosen from their mounting hardware, or break entirely, creating both an operational inconvenience and a potential safety hazard when operating hot equipment.
Handle replacement is typically a straightforward procedure for a qualified service technician. With the equipment de-energized and cooled to a safe handling temperature, remove the mounting hardware securing the old handle and install the new Lever Handle using the existing or new hardware as supplied. Ensure all mounting points are secure and that the handle aligns properly with any associated latch mechanisms. Test the door opening and closing operation through several complete cycles before returning the equipment to service.
