The Micro Switch Kit 2 Holes, 1 OC SPST For Blodgett Part# 35193 is a compatible aftermarket replacement switch for use in Blodgett commercial convection ovens, deck ovens, and combination cooking equipment. Switches are fundamental electrical components throughout Blodgett commercial cooking equipment, providing on/off control of circuits, safety interlocks, mode selection, and operator interface functions within the oven's control architecture.
Commercial oven switches including micro switches, rocker switches, door switches, and limit switches serve both operator control and safety functions.
