Routed through Multiplex beverage dispensing systems, this hose/tubing component transfers water, steam, gas, or product between the components it connects.

Heat and pressure cycling gradually break down the material of flexible lines like this, leading to cracking, leaks, or a soft spot that can eventually burst under normal operating pressure.

A technician should isolate and relieve pressure in the line, then disconnect the old hose/tube from its fittings at both ends. Install the replacement in the same routing, secure the connections, and check thoroughly for leaks under normal operating pressure before closing out the repair.
