PRODUCT OVERVIEW
O-Ring 13/16" X 3/32" Width for Jackson Part# 05330-002-60-69

Details
This is a replacement O-Ring (part# 05330-002-60-69) sized at 13/16" outer diameter with 3/32" cross-sectional width, designed for Jackson commercial warewashing equipment, including undercounter dishwashers, door-type dishwashers, flight-type conveyor dishwashers, glass washers, and pot & pan washers. This O-ring functions as a precision seal in pump assemblies and high-pressure system connections, preventing pressurized water and detergent solutions from leaking past critical junctures.
O-rings of this specification fail due to extended exposure to temperatures exceeding 180 degrees Fahrenheit, aggressive alkaline detergents that degrade elastomer compounds, and repeated compression cycles that cause permanent set and loss of sealing force. Symptoms of O-ring degradation include visible water dripping from pump housings, loss of system pressure mid-cycle, detergent seepage into motor cavities, and sudden equipment shutdowns during operation. Neglecting to replace a failed O-ring permits water ingress that corrodes pump internals, damages electrical connections, forces equipment offline, and creates expensive unplanned repairs.
Installation is a basic maintenance task performed by facility staff using only simple hand tools. The O-ring is a direct fit replacement requiring removal of the affected fitting or assembly. Before reinstallation, clean the O-ring groove thoroughly and apply a thin coat of food-grade lubricant to the new O-ring for proper seating. Reinstall the assembly and test at low pressure initially, gradually increasing to operating pressure while monitoring for leaks at the connection point.
