The Perfect Fry 100064 Power Supply rated at 12V, 50W output is a genuine OEM replacement DC power supply for the control electronics of Perfect Fry PFA and PFC series ventless countertop fryers. This unit converts the fryer's incoming AC supply voltage to regulated 12V DC, providing stable power to the control PCB, cooling fans, basket and drawer motor drivers, and all other low‑voltage electronic components in the fryer's electrical system. Because every electronic function in the fryer depends on stable 12V power, the health of this power supply directly affects the reliability of all fryer operations.

Power supply failures in commercial kitchen equipment are commonly caused by electrolytic capacitor aging, which causes output voltage to sag or ripple under load, voltage transients from the AC supply that stress the input rectifier stage, and thermal degradation from sustained high‑load operation in a warm E‑Box environment. A power supply producing low or unstable 12V output may cause the PCB to generate spurious fault codes, reset unexpectedly, or fail to drive the motor outputs consistently.
