The Perfect Fry 2FK001 Air Filter Kit is a genuine OEM two‑stage replacement filtration set that includes one HEPA filter and one activated carbon filter for Perfect Fry PFA and PFC series ventless countertop fryers. This kit is the primary consumable service item that enables the fryer to operate without a traditional overhead exhaust hood, capturing airborne grease particles in the HEPA stage and adsorbing cooking odors in the carbon stage before recirculating clean air into the kitchen. Using the OEM filter kit ensures the media grades and dimensions meet the specifications that the fryer's ventless UL 710B certification is based on.
As the fryer cycles through each service day, the HEPA filter gradually accumulates grease and particulate while the carbon bed becomes saturated with odor molecules.
