The Perfect Fry 83048 Pressure Switch rated at 100 PSI (OEM reference 6GV128) is a genuine OEM high‑pressure pneumatic monitoring switch used in the fire suppression system monitoring circuit of Perfect Fry PFA and PFC series ventless countertop fryers. This switch detects whether the fire suppressant agent vessel is pressurized to the minimum threshold required for reliable system activation in a fire event, and it alerts the control board or alarm system if the pressure has dropped below that level. Maintaining a fully pressurized fire suppression system is required by NFPA 17A and local fire codes for ventless fryer installations.
The 100 PSI rated pressure switch must maintain a reliable electrical contact state corresponding to the vessel's pressurization status over the fryer's entire service life, often in a warm, humid, and grease‑laden environment.
