Rated at 5,750 watts and drawing approximately 27.6 amps, this element provides robust heat recovery capacity for high‑volume frying operations while maintaining the watt density optimized for the PFA vat geometry. The 83132 element is designed to operate continuously in commercial service conditions where the fryer may run for eight to twelve hours per day.
