The Perfect Fry 83151 Heater Assembly is a genuine OEM 5.7kW, 240V, single‑phase replacement heating element for Perfect Fry PFA series ventless countertop fryers on standard North American 240V electrical circuits. Operating at 5,700 watts and approximately 23.8 amps, this element delivers the rapid oil heat recovery that high‑volume commercial frying demands while maintaining the controlled watt density the 11‑liter PFA vat is designed to accommodate. The 240V specification must match the fryer's installed electrical supply to ensure correct output and element longevity.
Heating element lifespan in commercial fryers is most directly affected by oil quality and change frequency, since carbonized oil deposits on the element sheath act as insulation that forces the element to work harder and run hotter to maintain the oil setpoint.
