The Perfect Fry 83152 Heater Assembly is a genuine OEM 5.7kW, 208V, single‑phase replacement heating element module for Perfect Fry PFA series ventless countertop fryers used on North American 208V electrical services. Rated at 5,700 watts and drawing approximately 27.4 amps at 208V, this assembly provides the sustained heat output needed to bring the frying oil to temperature quickly and recover that temperature between successive product loads. Using the voltage‑specific OEM part ensures the element operates within its designed watt‑density range and does not under‑ or over‑perform on the available supply voltage.

Heater assemblies on 208V circuits operate at slightly lower watt output than their 240V counterparts because of the reduced supply voltage, and using an improperly rated element can cause chronic temperature recovery problems or premature element failure from thermal stress. The most common causes of 83152 failure are carbonization of the sheath from extended operation in degraded oil, dry‑fire damage from inadvertent energization without oil, and terminal corrosion from moisture or cleaning agents reaching the electrical connections.
