The Perfect Fry 83182 PFA Spill Tray is a genuine OEM replacement stainless steel drip and spill containment tray for the Perfect Fry PFA series ventless countertop fryer. Positioned beneath the fryer's oil vat area, this tray intercepts oil drips from the vat, drain valve, and basket assembly and contains minor spills that occur during cooking and cleaning operations, protecting the countertop and the fryer cabinet components below from hot oil contact. Maintaining the spill tray in good condition is a food safety and equipment protection measure that contributes to a cleaner, safer kitchen environment.
Stainless steel spill trays in commercial fryer applications are exposed to hot cooking oil, acidic cleaning chemicals, and the physical wear of regular cleaning with brushes and scrapers.
