The Perfect Fry 83203 Drawer and Lid Assembly (OEM reference 2DT007‑C) is a genuine OEM replacement for the product drawer and lid component set that forms the food delivery enclosure on the Perfect Fry PFA series ventless countertop fryer. This assembly creates the channel through which fried food travels from the basket into the receiving area at the end of each cook cycle, and the lid component helps guide and contain the product during delivery. The precision fit of the drawer and lid assembly within the PFA door structure is critical for smooth, complete food delivery and for correct door closure and sealing.

The drawer and lid are in direct contact with hot fried product during every cycle and are subjected to repeated thermal cycling, physical impact from the product load, and frequent cleaning. Over time, the drawer can develop warping from sustained heat exposure, the lid hinge or retention features can wear or break, and accumulated grease deposits can cause the drawer to bind in its channel.
