The Perfect Fry 83340 Heater Assembly (OEM reference 2EA002‑C) is a genuine OEM 7.2kW, 400V, three‑phase replacement heating element for international versions of the Perfect Fry PFA series ventless countertop fryer. Designed for European and international three‑phase 400V, 50Hz electrical installations, this element draws approximately 10.4 amps per phase and delivers the high heat recovery output needed for demanding commercial frying volumes. The three‑phase configuration provides balanced load distribution across all phases and reduces the per‑phase conductor sizing requirements compared to a single‑phase equivalent.
