The Perfect Fry 83548 Heat Lamp Assembly rated at 400W is a genuine OEM replacement warming lamp assembly for the Perfect Fry 2.0 series ventless countertop fryer, packaged specifically in the configuration required for PF 2.0 model installations. This infrared lamp assembly provides consistent warming of freshly fried product in the delivery area, maintaining food temperature and texture quality during the interval between the end of the fry cycle and service to the customer. The 400W infrared element produces the radiant heat needed to maintain product quality without continuing to cook the product after it leaves the oil.
