PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Perfect Fry 83706 Female Connector Kit

Details
The Perfect Fry 83706 Female Connector Kit is a genuine OEM hardware set containing the female connector bodies and contact pins used in the wiring harnesses of Perfect Fry PFA and PFC series ventless fryers. It provides the correct factory‑spec connector components needed to rebuild or repair wire harness terminations that have been damaged, corroded, or burned, restoring a secure electrical junction that meets the fryer's original connection specifications. Having the right connector hardware on hand shortens repair time and avoids the quality compromises of generic substitutes.
Connector failures in commercial fryer applications are commonly caused by heat‑induced pin oxidation, oil vapor condensation inside the connector housing, and repeated mating cycles that gradually spread or flatten the female contact springs. Once a connector loses its grip on the mating male pin, the resulting high‑resistance connection generates additional heat that accelerates further degradation and can damage the circuit board or component on the other end. Rebuilding the connector with the 83706 OEM hardware replaces the degraded contacts with fresh, properly tensioned springs that make full, low‑resistance contact with the mating pin.
The kit is designed for use by qualified service technicians who have a Molex or equivalent pin removal tool and basic crimp tooling. Connectors should be rebuilt or replaced whenever visible pin damage, arcing marks, or melted plastic housings are found during inspection, or when an intermittent fault traces back to a specific connector rather than a component. After rebuilding, verify continuity through the repaired connector under load conditions to confirm the repair is solid before returning the fryer to service.
