The assembly integrates HEPA and activated carbon filtration into a single cartridge unit sized for the updated filter cavity in the PF 2.0 platform, enabling the fryer to operate without an overhead exhaust hood by capturing grease particles and neutralizing cooking odors before air is returned to the kitchen. Using the OEM 2.0 cartridge ensures the media, dimensions, and retention features all match the redesigned cavity geometry.
