The Perfect Fry 84063 Pivoting Element Assembly is a genuine OEM 5.0kW, 208V replacement heating element with an integrated pivoting mechanism for Perfect Fry PFA 2.0 series ventless fryers equipped with the element lift system. Operating at 5,000 watts and approximately 24 amps on a 208V North American single‑phase circuit, this element provides reliable, consistent heat delivery for commercial frying applications. The pivoting mechanism allows the element lift system to raise the heater out of the oil vat for cleaning without requiring electrical disconnection, making routine maintenance faster and easier.
