The Perfect Fry 84326 PFA 2.0 Control Kit for 5kW systems is a genuine OEM programmable control board replacement kit for Perfect Fry PFA 2.0 series ventless fryers equipped with 5,000W heating elements. The kit includes the main control PCB configured with firmware calibrated for 5kW heater loads, supporting temperature regulation, cook time and CTS programming, basket and drawer motor timing, element lift system integration, and all safety interlock functions of the PFA 2.0 platform. Confirming that the fryer is equipped with a 5kW heating element is necessary before ordering, as the board's thermal control parameters are specific to this wattage.
As with all PFA 2.0 control kits, the 84326 is designed for the updated PFA 2.0 hardware architecture and is not backward‑compatible with earlier PFA series fryers.
