The Perfect Fry 84327 PFA 2.0 Control Kit for 7.3kW systems is a genuine OEM programmable control board replacement kit for Perfect Fry PFA 2.0 series ventless fryers equipped with 7,300W heating elements. This kit contains the PFA 2.0 main control PCB programmed for 7.3kW heater loads, along with the associated components that manage oil temperature regulation, cook time programming, CTS calibration, basket and drawer motor timing, element lift system coordination, and integrated safety system monitoring. The 7.3kW‑specific firmware calibration is essential to correct operation; installing a 5kW‑configured board in a 7.3kW fryer will result in incorrect temperature behavior.
The PFA 2.0 control board manages more mechanical subsystems than earlier PFA generations, including the element lift, pivoting heater, and updated drawer motor interfaces, making board‑related faults in this platform potentially more complex to diagnose than in older units. Control board failures may manifest as element lift errors, drawer timing faults, temperature regulation issues, or safety interlock anomalies, and isolating the board as the root cause requires systematic elimination of sensor, harness, and mechanical causes first. When the board is confirmed as the source of the fault, the 84327 kit provides a factory‑configured replacement that restores full platform functionality.
