Details

The 52669-1 Band Heater – 120V, 650W, PKBR24 is a genuine OEM Perlick part, engineered and manufactured by Perlick for direct fit in Perlick back bar refrigeration, draft beer dispensing, and underbar equipment. As the band heater, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. The band heater wraps around the beer or beverage line in Perlick dispensing systems and provides mild, continuous heat to prevent freeze-ups in the line where it passes through a chilled python or cold plate.

A failed band heater allows the line running through the cold section to freeze, restricting or completely stopping beverage flow to the tap. Replacing the heater restores the freeze protection the line depends on for consistent pour performance.
