The 63299-1 Coolant Solution – Glycol, Downfrost HD, 1 Gallon is a genuine OEM Perlick part, engineered and manufactured by Perlick for direct fit in Perlick back bar refrigeration, draft beer dispensing, and underbar equipment. As the coolant solution, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. This glycol-based coolant solution circulates through the downfrost glycol lines of Perlick draft beer systems, transferring cold from the glycol power pack to the beer lines running to remote dispensing towers.

A weak or contaminated glycol charge reduces the system's ability to hold beer lines at proper serving temperature over long line runs, leading to warm or foamy pours at the tower. Topping off or replacing the glycol charge restores the cooling capacity the remote dispensing system depends on.
