The 63816-2 NTC Sensor – Stainless Steel, 1/4" OD is a genuine OEM Perlick part, engineered and manufactured by Perlick for direct fit in Perlick back bar refrigeration, draft beer dispensing, and underbar equipment. As the sensor, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. This stainless steel NTC (negative temperature coefficient) sensor feeds cabinet or product temperature back to the control board in Perlick refrigeration equipment, allowing the controller to cycle the compressor accurately and, where equipped, manage defrost timing.

A drifting or failed sensor causes inaccurate temperature readings, which can lead to a cabinet that runs colder or warmer than its setpoint, nuisance error codes, or a controller that cycles the compressor incorrectly. Replacing the sensor restores accurate temperature feedback to the control system.
