The Perlick Insulation Cover, Glycol Pump C (Part# 64425) is a genuine OEM replacement pump for Perlick beverage dispensing and back-bar refrigeration equipment. This pump circulates water or product through Perlick beverage dispensing and back-bar refrigeration equipment, providing the flow the system needs to complete its wash, rinse, or process cycle.

Pumps run for extended cycles and are exposed to mineral deposits, debris, and constant mechanical load on the impeller and seal, all of which wear the unit down over time. A failing pump typically presents as reduced flow or pressure, unusual noise, or a motor that runs but produces little to no output.

A technician should de-energize the unit and isolate water supply to the pump, then disconnect plumbing and wiring before removing the failed pump. Install the replacement in the same mounting position, reconnect all lines, and test flow and pressure before closing out the job.
