The Perlick Guard, Evaporator Fan, Plastic (Part# 65557) is a genuine OEM replacement fan/blower component for Perlick beverage dispensing and back-bar refrigeration equipment. Mounted in the airflow path of Perlick beverage dispensing and back-bar refrigeration equipment, this fan/blower component keeps air moving through the cabinet or duct at the volume the system is designed for.

Fan and blower components run continuously during operation and are exposed to grease-laden air, heat, and vibration, all of which contribute to wear over time. A failing unit commonly shows up as unusual noise, vibration, reduced airflow, or visible imbalance in the blade or wheel.

A technician should power down the unit, access the fan assembly, and detach the worn component from its shaft or mount. Install the replacement in the same position, reconnect any drive linkage, and test for smooth, quiet operation at full speed before closing out the repair.
