The 66264L Hinge Assembly – Cabinet, Left Hand is a genuine OEM Perlick part, engineered and manufactured by Perlick for direct fit in Perlick back bar refrigeration, draft beer dispensing, and underbar equipment. As the door hinge, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. Door hinges on Perlick back bar coolers and refrigerated cabinets carry the full weight of the door through tens of thousands of open-and-close cycles, while also holding the door tight enough against the cabinet frame to keep the gasket sealed and cold air inside. Because Perlick cabinets are built in both left-hand and right-hand door configurations, hinge kits are handed to match the swing direction of the original door.

Worn hinge pins and bushings let the door sag, which throws off gasket alignment and allows warm, humid air to leak into the cabinet — driving up compressor run time and encouraging frost and condensation.
