As the fan assembly, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. This fan assembly circulates air through the refrigerated cabinet or across the condenser coil in Perlick back bar and underbar refrigeration equipment, and is supplied as a complete unit so the blade, motor, and mounting hardware are correctly matched and balanced. Reliable air movement is essential both for heat rejection at the condenser and for even temperature distribution inside the cabinet.
